Raka returns to her beloved Kolkata to teach at her alma mater. On her first day of college, the news of a brutal crime shakes everyone to the core.

The college authority wants to completely distance itself from the heinous crime. While Raka's guilt eats her up, the journalist Darshana probes and makes important discoveries.

While a traumatised Shinjini keeps having nightmares, the rapists look for ways to keep things under wraps. Raka tries to convince Shinjini's mother to lodge an official complaint.

Someone leaks Shinjini's identity to the media. As Shinjini reveals the rapists' names to Raka, the latter finally understands the reason behind the college's stance in this matter.

With her mother and Raka by her side, Shinjini finally finds the strength to recount the series of events from that night to the police. As threats mount, the women stand their ground.

Shinjini goes back to college amid mixed reactions. At court, the defense counsel slanders her left, right and centre.

Another day at court proves extremely difficult for an already fragile Shinjini as the defense counsel keeps extorting facts only to point the finger at her.

The powerful families of the accused keep up their evil games. But those are not enough to stop Shinjini and Raka in their tracks!
