I Could Never Replace My Sister
Overview
Marie, a neglected younger sister who is treated like a servant by her parents, as she is sent to marry Count Kyros after her older sister, Anastasia, is presumed dead in a carriage accident. However, Kyros had actually fallen for Marie earlier, and the marriage proposal was a case of mistaken identity caused by her parents, not a desire to marry Anastasia. The season focuses on Marie's struggle with her low self-esteem due to years of abuse and Kyros's efforts to show her she is the one he truly loves.
